Rick is a Director of Integrative Leadership International and President of Integrative Technologies International. He has 35 years experience in the energy industry: 15 years with Gulf Canada Resources, a major upstream oil and gas company [currently part of ConocoPhillips], and 20 years as an entrepreneur building upstream oil and gas, consulting and service companies, domestically and internationally.
Rick is the coauthor of Integrative Leadership (2005) and "The Business Case for Leadership Development" (2008) among other published articles. Rick is a Professional Engineer with APEGA, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, and a Professional Speaker with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS).
He has co-designed, developed and facilitated management and leadership programs (One to Three Days) for over 20 years at the University of Calgary, University of Saskatchewan, and currently instructs in the Management and Leadership Certificate Programs at Mount Royal University and Leadership in Project Management at the University of Calgary.
